This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Serve as a senior, trusted consultant to clients, providing insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Create measurement frameworks that are in line with campaign and business objectives.
• Convert intricate data into understandable narratives, executive summaries, and client-ready suggestions.
• Collaborate with Demand Strategy and Media teams to support planning and optimization efforts.
• Define and uphold KPI standards, benchmarks, and reporting criteria.
• Work alongside channel and technical teams to verify tracking, data accessibility, and potential limitations.
• Assist clients in navigating reporting requirements, priorities, and interpreting results.
• Facilitate performance reviews, retrospectives, and continuous optimization dialogues.
• Oversee team assignments and contribute to the growth of analytics talent.
• Over 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or marketing strategy, preferably in an agency or B2B setting.
• Strong grasp of multi-channel B2B marketing and measurement, covering demand generation campaigns and paid media metrics.
• In-depth understanding of ABM campaign measurement frameworks and performance metrics.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, with a proven track record of presenting to senior and executive audiences confidently.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, 6sense, Demandbase, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
• Capability to articulate analytics, technology, and performance drivers to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working collaboratively across strategy, media, data, and client teams.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without requiring visa sponsorship.
