This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Oversee the daily creative operations to ensure that brand and creative deliverables are completed on time and maintain a consistent quality standard.
• Take responsibility for the intake, prioritization, and timelines of creative requests across all channels.
• Manage and nurture both the Lead Creative and freelance talent pool.
• Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the team meets delivery deadlines.
• Create and sustain Figma component libraries, templates, and governance for brand assets.
• Uphold brand consistency across various departments.
• Collaborate with demand generation, product, events, and partnerships to produce timely creative outputs.
• Actively engage in producing high-quality work directly in Figma, which constitutes roughly 30% of the role.
• Promote the use of AI creative tools within the team.
• Develop systems for intake and prioritization, adhere to deadlines without escalation, manage creative staff and freelancers, ensure brand consistency, and allow the EVP to focus on higher-impact tasks.
• Proficient in advanced Figma, including the ability to create systems and component libraries.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a creative team effectively.
• Skilled in project and traffic management in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to stay organized and deliver on time amidst competing priorities.
• Capability to function as a reliable second to a senior leader responsible for brand direction.
• Experience in establishing or revamping a creative operations function (preferred).
• Background that includes both in-house and agency experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and production processes (preferred).
• Valid work authorization to be employed by any organization in Canada or the U.S. without requiring corporate sponsorship.
