This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance the enterprise benefits and wellbeing strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the needs of the workforce.
• Direct the implementation of a multi-year roadmap that encompasses health, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Oversee the design, delivery, and governance of programs in the U.S. and Canada, including medical, pharmacy, retirement, leave, financial wellbeing, and holistic wellbeing initiatives.
• Manage budgets, forecast trends, and execute strategies that optimize spending while ensuring market competitiveness.
• Select, negotiate, and oversee vendor partnerships to guarantee high-quality delivery and measurable performance outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in the U.S. and Canada while maintaining effective governance frameworks.
• Drive a cohesive wellbeing strategy that integrates physical, financial, and emotional health to enhance engagement and utilization.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering capability and accountability throughout the function.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and HR leaders to align the rewards strategy with overall business objectives.
• Create and implement enterprise-wide communication strategies that clarify complex concepts and boost employee understanding and action.
• Direct large-scale campaigns (e.g., annual enrollment, program launches) that enhance participation and achieve desired outcomes.
• Counsel senior leadership on messaging, positioning, and stakeholder alignment.
• Spearhead change initiatives related to program evolution and vendor transitions, ensuring effective adoption and continuity.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Benefits or Total Rewards.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading teams and developing talent.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. benefits, along with a working understanding of Canadian programs.
• Proven track record of leading benefits strategy in large, multi-state, or global organizations.
• Advanced financial, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively within complex environments.
• Experience in designing communication strategies that foster engagement and promote behavior change.
• Proficiency in leading change management initiatives associated with program transformation.
