This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Develop and implement the enterprise strategy for B2B fulfillment capabilities.

• Act as the primary subject matter expert within the organization for B2B logistics.

• Foster operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive scalable growth and profitability.

• Collaborate closely with Executive Leadership, Sales, Solutions Design, Engineering, and IT teams.

• Create innovative supply chain solutions that meet business needs.

• Take ownership of the B2B operating model and ensure operational readiness for complex distribution initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain or 3PL.

• At least 5 years of experience leading multi-site B2B fulfillment operations.

• Preferred experience in Fortune 500 retail or omnichannel environments.

• Expertise in executive customer engagement and transformation leadership.

• Technical proficiency in WMS, TMS, ERP, and EDI systems.

• Knowledge of warehouse automation and robotics technologies.

• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and AI-enabled analytics.

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
