This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Take charge of strategic account management for a portfolio of premier autonomous vehicle accounts.
• Develop and sustain segment blueprints for robotaxi operators, AV logistics/delivery, and AV testing and R&D fleets.
• Record customer economics, procurement behaviors, technical/product specifications, and competitive positioning.
• Convert blueprint insights into actionable inputs for Product, Policy, R&D, and Marketing teams.
• Maintain feedback mechanisms and monitor KPIs for segment traction and blueprint precision.
• Manage account health, growth, retention, and expansion of footprint.
• Lead negotiations and structure contracts for significant, intricate, multi-year agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for major RFPs and large-scale bids.
• Oversee comprehensive deployment projects for distributed architecture DCFC, both skid-based and non-skid configurations.
• Manage real estate acquisition, site selection, scheduling, and timelines.
• Ensure installation and commissioning delivery through ChargePoint.
• Design and manage service-level agreements aligned with mission-critical uptime standards.
• Conduct business case analysis, financial modeling, and ROI evaluations.
• Monitor segment strategy and deployment performance, adapting plans as market conditions change.
• Report directly to the Vice President of Sales, North America.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA is an advantage.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Over 8 years of combined experience in strategic account management, infrastructure project delivery, and market or segment strategy.
• Ideally possess experience within EV charging, energy, or mission-critical technology sectors.
• Proven track record of managing and nurturing enterprise-level commercial relationships.
• Experience in negotiating complex, multi-year contracts.
• Practical project management experience in delivering multi-stakeholder infrastructure deployments on time and to specifications, involving real estate, construction, and installation.
• Experience in AV or mission-critical uptime environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate high-level objectives into segment blueprints, account strategies, and deployment plans.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including the preparation of business cases and ROI analyses.
• Proficient in market research, competitive analysis, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Comprehensive understanding of the e-mobility landscape, including DCFC hardware and site design, both skid-based and non-skid distributed architecture.
• Familiarity with mission-critical SLA frameworks is highly preferred.
• Comfortable utilizing modern productivity and AI tools.
• Ability to create original presentations and data-driven deliverables.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including visits to active deployment sites.
