Director, Audience Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create and implement audience strategies using Acxiom's InfoBase consumer data, Personicx segmentation, and external third-party datasets for applications in both the US and globally.

• Develop audiences that correspond to lifecycle stages, behavioral intents, financial capabilities, and psychographic characteristics.

• Convert client goals into targeting frameworks that cover acquisition, suppression, lookalike, and cross-sell scenarios.

• Oversee model development and apply models that utilize Acxiom data assets, including:

• Response and conversion propensity models.

• Lifetime value (LTV) models.

• Lookalike and expansion models created from high-value seed audiences.

• Ensure compatibility with Acxiom's data distribution ecosystem and platform integrations.

• Define and comprehend success metrics such as:

• Match rates and identity resolution rates.

• Audience scalability and coverage.

• Response, conversion, and cost efficiency (CPA, ROI).


⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 12 years of experience in data-driven audience strategy, marketing analytics, or identity-based activation.

• In-depth knowledge of the Acxiom data ecosystem (InfoBase, Personicx, RealID) or comparable platforms.

• Experience with third-party data onboarding and enrichment processes.

• Demonstrated ability to create and activate audiences across:

• Programmatic / digital media ecosystems.

• Direct mail channels.

• Email prospecting environments.

• Familiarity with identity resolution concepts and ID frameworks (hashed email, MAIDs, postal linkage).

• Strong analytical skills (while this is not a data science position, a solid background in analytics/analysis is preferred).
