This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee daily operations for extensive programs, projects, or various workstreams, ensuring a balance between scope, pace, quality, team capacity, risks, and client outcomes.
• Independently organize complex client challenges, determine necessary data and information, synthesize findings, clarify tradeoffs, and steer teams towards actionable recommendations.
• Link recommendations and deliverables to client strategies, operational realities, governance, roles, decision-making pathways, and practical working methods.
• Manage stakeholder relationships by developing engagement plans, anticipating responses, customizing communications, addressing resistance, and supporting informed decision-making.
• Create comprehensive change and enablement strategies that integrate behavior modification, stakeholder requirements, communication, training, readiness, reinforcement, and feedback mechanisms.
• Generate executive-level narratives, simplify intricate projects, facilitate working sessions that foster input and consensus, and convert discussions into decisive actions.
• Utilize AI competently and ethically to enhance consulting delivery, identify valuable AI-enabled opportunities, design streamlined workflows, validate results, and balance speed, quality, client context, and risk.
• Cultivate trusted client relationships, pinpoint opportunities for Omlie to provide value, and engage in scoping, proposal development, and partnership discussions.
• Guide and mentor Omlie team members by establishing clear working rhythms, delegating tasks effectively, giving and receiving feedback, addressing team needs promptly, and fostering professional development.
• Assist in strategic planning, team development, high-profile client engagements, and internal initiatives that enhance Omlie’s services, growth, and operational methodologies.
• A Bachelor’s degree and over 8 years of experience in management consulting or a related industry role.
• Proven experience leading workstreams or projects, with accountability for client outcomes, delivery quality, risk management, issues, and team coordination.
• Ability to organize complex problems, synthesize information, formulate recommendations, and guide clients towards practical decisions.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in coaching team members, managing client relationships, and influencing stakeholders at various levels within an organization.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and AI-enhanced consulting workflows.
• Completion of sales experience is a prerequisite for consideration.
