This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Advocate for AFS values and policies
• Supervise 4–6 teams
• Track team productivity and progress towards firm/team objectives through report generation
• Establish and oversee weekly objectives for each team
• Resolve at least 90% of service issues escalated by team members
• Develop and mentor assistant team leaders and team leaders
• Oversee salary budgets and client retention for teams
• Stay informed about new regulations and legislation, including proposed changes
• Keep up with emerging technology trends and legal updates, providing leadership in enhancing AFS service offerings
• Contribute to staffing and team model discussions
• Engage in succession planning for teams
• Support AFS management in transitioning to a more institutionalized business model
• At least 10 years of experience in non-discrimination testing
• A minimum of 8 years in a supervisory role
• Credentials from a nationally recognized organization such as ASPPA or NIPA
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, Internal Revenue Code, and associated regulations
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and multitask effectively
• Familiarity with Pension Pro is advantageous
• Must be located in the USA
• Must possess authorization to work for any US employer
