This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop innovative, multi-faceted proposals that showcase how Adobe’s platform and AI capabilities can lead to transformative business results for our clients.

• Create customized Adobe Experience Cloud solutions that align with clients’ objectives.

• Collaborate closely with clients’ executives and the Genpact Experience/Adobe sales teams.

• Deliver high-impact presentations and product demonstrations tailored to each client’s industry and specific priorities.

• Regularly engage with clients in a consultative role.

• Facilitate vision workshops, content strategy evaluations, or solution conceptualization sessions.

• Keep current with Adobe’s AI offerings and integrate them into proposals.

• Guide and mentor team members in solution selling and Adobe domain expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and Assets), Adobe Workfront, and Adobe GenStudio.

• Over 5 years of experience in a solution consulting, pre-sales, or digital strategy role (or a comparable delivery role with significant client-facing solution design).

• Proven success in shaping and securing large-scale digital experience initiatives.

• Relevant experience in content strategy, marketing operations, or digital transformation consulting is highly advantageous.

• Clear enthusiasm for and understanding of AI, automation, and emerging technologies in the digital experience sector.

• Strong communication and storytelling abilities, complemented by high emotional intelligence.

• A team-oriented leader who excels in a collaborative consulting atmosphere.

• Familiarity with marketing operations, content management workflows, and current digital marketing trends.
