This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Responsible for defining, governing, and integrating enterprise-wide standards for Safety, Security, Sustainability, Quality, and Business Continuity across Contract Logistics operations.

• Oversee the global S3HQ framework, which includes: Safety & Health, Security, Sustainability, Quality, and Business Continuity / Crisis Preparedness.

• Establish and uphold minimum global standards, policies, and control frameworks.

• Integrate S3HQ into BCM-led initiatives, such as: CIP & Process Optimisation, New site implementations, GCM client onboarding and expansions, and Product and solution development.

• Provide clear S3HQ engagement guidelines for GCM clients.

• Lead a federated S3HQ model: Central ownership and governance, with Regional S3HQ leads for execution.

• Manage the enterprise strategy for crisis management and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in Safety, Security, Sustainability, Quality, or Risk management within logistics, supply chain, or complex operations.

• Demonstrated ability to operate within a global, matrix organization.

• Proven track record of translating policy into effective operational execution.

• Preferred: Experience supporting large, strategic customers (in GCM-type environments).
