This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Promotes operational excellence within and across core services.
• Achieves operational excellence through the standardization of existing practices, risk assessments, and reviews of key metrics.

• Ensures the development and execution of initiatives for talent selection and development and fosters an environment that enhances associate engagement.
• Builds and maintains long-term client relationships.
• Supports local, regional, and global sales initiatives by collaborating with key clients and delivering exceptional client focus on business initiatives.
• Plans and effectively executes start-up facilities for new business ventures.
• Leads teams and collaborates with clients to troubleshoot and resolve existing issues or challenges.
• Contributes as a vital member of the sales and solutions team in securing key strategic accounts.
• Develops and executes an operations strategy customized to our client that identifies opportunities for cost control and margin enhancement, driving organic growth.
• Consistently operates within a complex matrixed environment.
• Collaborates effectively and establishes strong business relationships with supporting departments, including but not limited to Human Resources, Sales, and Finance.
• Directly supervises General Managers.
• Responsible for overall management to ensure client satisfaction.
• Must articulate the policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
• Responsible for the performance management of direct reports.
• Builds team capability by leading, developing, and challenging operations teams to elevate individual and collective performance by demonstrating and promoting discretionary effort.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Logistics, or equivalent fields is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of logistics operations management experience with big box, e-commerce, or specialty retailers, with at least 5 years’ experience as a regional operations leader managing multiple locations.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months, which can range from mild to moderate.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual/presentation communication skills.
• Must be skilled at navigating within a matrixed organizational structure.
• Results-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a complex matrix environment across various organizational levels.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others towards achievement.
• Ability to question and challenge existing thought processes.
• Experience in a “client-centric" environment with accountability for both operational metrics and client relations.
• Must excel and enjoy collaborating with members of the operations team and client representatives to troubleshoot and resolve existing challenges.
• Direct experience in preparing budgets and actively participating in financial reviews, with a solid understanding of standard and actual cost variances.
• Has effectively led high-performing teams.
• Capable of recruiting, developing, and motivating top-tier talent.
• Possesses the ability to motivate and maintain strong working relationships with staff and partners.
• Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.
• Successfully works towards company objectives in an environment that requires a high degree of creativity and autonomy.
• Integration experience within the supply chain industry is beneficial.
