This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to comprehend the business challenges, extracting insights from the underlying data, and applying appropriate analyses on relevant datasets to develop innovative solutions and strategies to meet business objectives.
• Establishing strong relationships and trust with business partners; Utilizing data, information, analysis, and modeling to identify opportunities for enhancing key metrics, optimizing operations, and improving clinical effectiveness.
• Effectively communicating with business users, stakeholders, and leaders regarding the selection of suitable data and analytical methods, the process of reaching findings, and the rationale behind recommended actions.
• Demonstrating the ability to accurately assess the effectiveness of various strategies, make necessary adjustments, and utilize data and facts to derive the best solutions for business challenges.
• Exhibiting adaptability and flexibility in approach, along with possessing strong emotional intelligence.
• Leading with influence, free from ego, and showcasing a collaborative spirit, with a steadfast commitment to what is best for the organization.
• Overseeing direct reports including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring; Ensuring all required documentation is completed in a timely and precise manner.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree; Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in enhancing business operations, financial outcomes, and clinical results through data analysis is essential.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in business analytics, emphasizing consultative analysis and collaborative problem-solving through data analysis, creativity, and insight.
• At least ten (10) years of experience in understanding business and clinical processes and identifying opportunities for improvement using data and insights.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with leaders, stakeholders, and users.
• At least ten (10) years of experience with SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytical and business intelligence tools.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience guiding analysts on analysis design challenges while being hands-on and able to think strategically; A unique ability to simplify complexity (such as large volumes of data, diverse opinions, methods, etc.) and present recommendations in clear, accessible terms.
