This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and direct the analytic strategy for large-scale, high-profile projects.
• Design advanced analytic frameworks that support medical economics, performance measurement, population health, and value-based care initiatives.
• Act as the primary analytic escalation point for intricate methodological or data integrity inquiries related to DBT (Spark, SQL) and Amazon Quicksight.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among Product, Engineering, Actuarial, Data Science, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
• Guarantee technical excellence and rigor in all analytic outputs; establish quality standards and governance practices.
• Discover scalable opportunities for automation, reusable intellectual property, and analytic innovation.
• Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop Lead, Senior, and Data Analysts, enhancing the analytic capabilities of the team.
• Shape product and roadmap decisions through data-driven thought leadership.
• 8–10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, with a requirement for expertise in medical economics or risk and dashboarding.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including the optimization of complex queries in extensive data environments.
• High-level proficiency in Dashboarding, with experience in Quicksight being a plus (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc. are also acceptable).
• Experience in designing analytic methodologies and scalable frameworks.
• Proven track record of successfully influencing senior or executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, complex analytic initiatives and teams with substantial business impact.
• Strong skills in data storytelling and executive-level communication.
• Experience in mentoring and advancing senior analytic talent.
