This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop innovative and thought-provoking insights content that is essential for clients.
• Generate new ideas and insights through thought leadership, providing compelling and actionable strategies that enhance the client's decision-making capabilities.
• Conduct thorough analyses to uncover the underlying causes of client challenges and reshape perspectives to advance strategic initiatives.
• Exhibit thought leadership by establishing Insight positions within a team of analysts.
• Offer bold, independent insights to Gartner leaders that can influence the direction of a research agenda.
• Investigate, analyze, and forecast market trends and shifts to deliver actionable insights to clients and vendors.
• Provide actionable advice to clients and prospects tailored to their specific content area through virtual or in-person engagements.
• Design and present high-value presentation materials for Gartner events, industry conferences, and client briefings, both on and off stage.
• Actively engage in discussions around innovation, ideation, and research, collaborating effectively with colleagues in the Insights community.
• Identify opportunities for research process improvements or create new processes that enhance team performance and service delivery.
• Serve as a mentor and coach, offering support to junior team members.
• Maintain a client-centric approach, continuously seeking to enhance client engagement with Gartner insights and interactions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of relevant industry or field experience.
• Strong understanding of the evolution of AI and its impact on talent.
• Proven experience in creating and communicating a Supply Chain Talent Strategy, encompassing skills and competencies, learning and development, upskilling, employee value proposition, recruiting, career pathing, and performance management.
• Experience in developing programs focused on Supply Chain Employee Engagement, Retention, and Culture.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality outputs.
• Demonstrated excellence in research and writing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and presentation abilities; capable of effectively engaging clients and responding to inquiries.
• Proficient in data analysis and synthesis; able to apply patterns and frameworks while articulating and defending conclusions related to client challenges.
• Subject matter expertise; comfortable presenting at both large and small speaking engagements.
• In-depth knowledge of the global competitive landscape within the subject area and the interconnections in that market.
• Ability to work independently while being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others in a multicultural global environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable).
