Director Analyst – MES & Ops Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to business and technology clients regarding the market landscape, vendor selection, and implementation strategies.

• Conduct research, author content, and offer advice on digital transformation and advancements in technology.

• Generate innovative research materials focused on manufacturing operations technologies.

• Develop forward-thinking research and thought leadership initiatives.

• Identify the root causes of client challenges.

• Create high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.

• Assist Research and Sales teams by contributing to content creation.

• Foster ongoing client engagement through Gartner research.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in the field or industry.

• Extensive experience in developing, managing, implementing, and/or utilizing manufacturing operations technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of MES and familiarity with at least two to three of the following processes: Manufacturing Operations, Production Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Production Automation, and Production Logistics.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Outstanding research, writing, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Solid business and financial acumen.
