This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide vision, growth strategies, and performance oversight for CIEE's Ambassador Programs and Lifecycle Sales initiatives.
• Directly manage and mentor managers tasked with ambassador engagement, alumni lifecycle sales and marketing, and conversion strategies.
• Set departmental goals, priorities, performance expectations, annual plans, budgets, deliverables, and performance targets.
• Develop and implement strategies for ambassador engagement and alumni lifecycle conversion.
• Create roadmaps to enhance participation, referrals, customer retention, and repeat enrollment.
• Align ambassador programming, alumni engagement, lifecycle communications, and enrollment objectives.
• Evaluate and test new engagement models, outreach strategies, and customer experiences.
• Provide strategic oversight of alumni lifecycle strategy and enrollment objectives.
• Monitor lifecycle-funnel performance, including engagement, lead generation, application activities, and enrollment results.
• Establish conversion goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) linked to enrollment growth and participant retention.
• Oversee ambassador recruitment, engagement, training, performance management, and evaluation.
• Develop scalable campus-based and alumni ambassador frameworks.
• Create KPI and reporting frameworks for engagement, referrals, conversion, enrollment, and revenue.
• Utilize data and market insights to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation.
• Ensure the development of dashboards, reporting, and performance review processes.
• Assess the return on investment (ROI) of ambassador, lifecycle, and alumni engagement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Enrollment, Operations, Institutional Relations, and College Study Abroad Leadership.
• Integrate and scale systems, processes, and communications.
• Provide strategic updates, recommendations, and performance reports to the Executive Director and senior leadership.
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational strategy.
• Represent CIEE at conferences, institutional partner meetings, and external events.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is required.
• 5–8+ years of experience in program management, enrollment management, marketing, sales, alumni engagement, customer success, or higher education outreach.
• 2–3+ years of experience in leading and developing individuals and teams.
• Proven success in utilizing data and analytics to influence business decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated capability to develop strategy while effectively executing operations.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including communication at the executive level.
• Experience collaborating across various departments within a complex organization.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, and similar platforms.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for partner engagement, conferences, and organizational events.
• Successful completion of a background check, reference check, and verification of education and employment are conditions of employment.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
