This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee strategic and technical partnerships with major fintech companies to enhance Glory's selling initiatives through effective integrations.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with partners.
• Ensure that fintech partners successfully integrate and promote solutions.
• Manage the metrics and processes related to partner success.
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams.
• Assist in the planning and execution of integrations.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for resolving hardware integration challenges.
• Align objectives with the Director of Product Solutions Management FI and Technical Engineers.
• Develop and implement business processes for testing hardware and unreleased software, enhancing go-to-market strategies for middleware, and promoting Glory’s device controller.
• Supervise the sales pipeline, ensuring alignment between Glory teams and each fintech partner to optimize sales and achieve targets.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the IT sector, including at least 2 years focused on developing integrations within the financial market.
• Must be organized, driven, and capable of managing multiple projects to ensure commitments are met and results are achieved.
• Knowledge and experience with financial information technology (IT) platforms.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills.
