📋 Description

• Join Kyndryl as a Director, Alliances Deal Maker focusing on ServiceNow, Oracle, and EPIC.

• Leverage extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and Oracle’s enterprise technology offerings to influence and shape complex, high-value agreements.

• Contribute to the Alliance aspect of significant opportunities by engaging in negotiations with top executives, including CxOs, and facilitating deal closures.

• Exhibit proficiency in developing pricing and commercial strategies.

• Design Kyndryl’s distinctive and appealing propositions tailored to address market needs and customer expectations.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to gather essential documentation and technical solutions for bid proposals.

• Define successful propositions and assist in the comprehensive response process for intricate deals.

• Oversee the integration of Alliance content to achieve optimal technology results.

• Compile, refine, and take ownership of the final proposal documents.

• Establish a robust reporting and governance framework to track deal success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, and managing the Alliance component of intricate, multi-tower customer negotiations.

• In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow and Oracle alliances, including practical experience with ServiceNow or Oracle, or prior sales of their platforms, covering technical aspects such as platform configuration, workflow automation, enterprise service management, enterprise applications, and database infrastructure.

• Proven experience in selling within a matrix environment and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders (Kyndryl, Alliance, and Customer) to achieve the best outcomes.

• Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated capability to establish a network of industry contacts, engage in multi-alliance collaboration, and influence senior stakeholders.
