Director AI Platform & Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the strategic development of our AI platform.

• You will lay the groundwork for Carla, CXBox, and future AI products to expand on a unified platform.

• In collaboration with executive management, engineering, and product management, you will make crucial decisions regarding our AI strategy, including technology selection and prioritization of new platform features.

• You will be responsible for the product and platform strategy, which encompasses product vision, roadmap, prioritization, discovery, and customer feedback loops for Carla, CXBox, and upcoming AI products.

• You will lead the product management team both in a line and functional capacity.

• You will develop the product vision, roadmap, prioritization, discovery, and customer feedback loops for Carla, CXBox, and future AI products.

• You will advance a scalable AI platform across various products.

• You will make decisions regarding LLMs, Voice AI, RAG, MCP, hosting, and AI vendors.

• You will establish measurable AI quality as well as economically viable and scalable solutions.

• You will work closely with executive management, engineering, sales, customer success, and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have previously taken ownership of a technology-driven software product, such as a Head of Product, Director of Product, Head of AI, Founding CTO, or Product & Technology Lead.

• You view product and technology as an integrated unit.

• You recognize AI as the central element of contemporary software products.

• You are capable of making technical decisions alongside engineering teams on equal terms.

• You offer guidance, take responsibility, and make informed decisions.

• You can translate customer challenges into scalable platform solutions.

• You think with an entrepreneurial mindset and prioritize business impact over technical perfection.

• You are fluent in German.
