Director, AI Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design, development, integration, deployment, and ongoing support of the organization's AI platform.

• Establish and implement the platform architecture, engineering standards, and development methodologies.

• Collaborate with product, data, infrastructure, security, and business teams.

• Supervise engineering teams in creating reusable platform services, tools, and components.

• Propel modernization and integration initiatives to link existing systems with AI platform capabilities.

• Assess platform performance, operational health, and gather user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field is preferred.

• 8+ years of experience in AI engineering.

• Proven history of leading product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for complex digital or AI-enabled products.

• Demonstrated experience in AI and data-driven product environments.

• Strong cross-functional leadership abilities.

• Experience in managing and nurturing product managers or junior product leaders.

• Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
