Director, AI Enterprise Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and lead the comprehensive AI strategy across the organization, including prioritization frameworks, initiative sequencing, and alignment with executives.

• Collaborate with leaders from Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to uncover high-impact opportunities.

• Create, construct, and implement production-ready AI systems, featuring agentic workflows that automate complete processes.

• Design scalable systems powered by LLM, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), unified context layers, and integration frameworks.

• Build and execute robust data pipelines, integration layers, and shared infrastructure that facilitate reusable, organization-wide AI capabilities.

• Establish governance frameworks for models, risk management, data access, and security protocols.

• Promote AI adoption throughout the organization by coaching leaders, setting best practices, and nurturing AI-centric operational methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience leading enterprise AI or digital transformation projects.

• More than 5 years in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML positions.

• Strong expertise in Python and contemporary cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Practical experience in data engineering (ETL/ELT, APIs, lakehouse architectures, data quality frameworks) and platforms like Databricks.

• Experience in building and deploying production-grade agentic AI systems that perform actions beyond mere output generation.

• Profound knowledge in LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and enterprise AI tools (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, or similar models).

• Strong grounding in classical ML techniques (regression, classification, anomaly detection, time-series forecasting).

• Excellent business insights with the ability to pinpoint underlying issues and provide practical, impactful solutions.

• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
