Network Automation, SDN Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You create automation and orchestration solutions tailored for contemporary network environments.

• You automate repetitive operational and deployment tasks.

• You engage with Software‑Defined Networking, controllers, and orchestration platforms.

• You design Infrastructure-as-Code solutions for both network and cloud infrastructures.

• You integrate network systems through APIs into existing customer setups.

• You assist our clients in embracing modern operational and automation concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess hands-on experience in network automation, infrastructure automation, or software-driven network management.

• You have a strong foundation in networking, including routing, switching, and network architectures.

• You have practical expertise in at least one of the following domains: Infrastructure as Code; network automation; Software‑Defined Networking (SDN); Intent‑based Networking; cloud networking; NetOps or DevOps methodologies.

• You are proficient in at least one scripting or programming language.

• You have experience with automation tools, APIs, or similar integration solutions.

• You work analytically and independently, and you enjoy leveraging new technologies for productive use.

• You have German language proficiency at a minimum of C1 level.

• You are confident in using English in project settings.

• Desirable: experience with modern automation and orchestration platforms.

• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD processes.

• Experience in executing network transformation projects.
