This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, manage, and supervise data analyses, initiate interpretations and conclusions, and oversee both verbal and graphical presentations, employing methods that are professionally sound and efficient concerning project objectives while adhering to established standards.
• Conduct quality assurance on project deliverables.
• Assist in identifying client needs by effectively facilitating client interviews and utilizing various analytical tools and methods.
• Summarize analytical findings in a clear and coherent manner, drawing insights from observations, interviews, and data analyses.
• Derive accurate conclusions from the findings.
• Prepare recommendations and potential solutions for review by team leadership.
• Develop final recommendations and solutions for client evaluation.
• Effectively implement project plans in alignment with engagement statements of work to ensure client satisfaction.
• Guide the team in creating presentations and deliverables for client audiences that effectively communicate strategy and results.
• Generate billing revenue by leading project delivery engagements.
• Oversee and lead project management activities for assigned projects.
• Manage the budget and expenses for assigned projects while ensuring project profitability.
• Supervise staff assigned to projects, including providing mentorship and education.
• Participate in identifying and mitigating risks and issues alongside the project leadership team.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales and communicate these to engagement leadership, participating in activities to facilitate closing those opportunities.
• Provide guidance on the clinical operations of the outpatient infusion center, including infusion protocols, patient throughput, and access optimization for those in need.
• Ensure the ongoing implementation of best practices and new infusion protocols consistent with advancements in medical care.
• Advise on updates to electronic health systems, order sets, site of care policies, revenue cycle prior authorization automation, and improvements to workflow and patient access.
• Promote a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment among infusion services, home care, and other stakeholders.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree (Required).
• Ability to coordinate and deliver effective presentations (both verbal and written) to client audiences, effectively communicating project outcomes, recommendations, and strategies.
• Capability to oversee and ensure quality in analytics while mentoring others in the delivery and production of client deliverables.
• Proficiency in relating to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner.
• Ability to lead workgroups towards successful outcomes.
• Proven depth of knowledge in a specific area of expertise (i.e., Subject Matter Expert).
• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical, support, or operations), Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.
• Strong qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
