Director, Accounts Payable

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic vision and oversee systemwide Accounts Payable operations.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and growth opportunities for the Accounts Payable team.

• Ensure the integrity of vendor master data and compliance with 1099 regulations.

• Work closely with ERP stakeholders to sustain and improve payables-related systems, controls, metrics, and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent coursework at the collegiate level.

• Over 5 years of experience in a leadership role within Accounts Payable, ideally in a large multi-site hospital or healthcare organization.

• Familiarity with AP-related software (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday) and advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).

• Preferred certification in Accounts Payable Management or Procure-to-Pay.
