Accounts Payable and Receivable Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist with daily financial operations.

• Process vendor bills and ensure prompt payments.

• Oversee payment timelines and keep precise records.

• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments.

• Follow up on overdue invoices and collections.

• Support activities related to accounts receivable and customer billing.

• Reconcile records of payments and bank transactions.

• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams concerning payment inquiries.

• Keep financial documentation organized.

• Aid in month-end closing and financial reconciliations.

• Contribute to enhancing finance workflows through automation and AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Bookkeeping, Finance Operations, or Accounting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics, or related fields.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience in managing invoices, payments, collections, or reconciliations.

• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).

• Experience in a startup environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
