• Lead and supervise transition finance team members.

• Oversee optimization and transformation initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with governance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Mentor direct reports through goal establishment and performance evaluations.

• Facilitate new business onboarding and support pricing proposal development.
