Director of Accounting Services Delivery – US Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire accounting team, providing comprehensive Ecommerce Accounting Services.

• Recruit, train, and supervise the eCommerce Accountant team.

• Address intricate US accounting or eCommerce inquiries.

• Ensure the monthly Books Close and obtain certified sign-off by the 15th of each month.

• Resolve client escalations within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Onboarding, and Support teams.

• Monitor customer growth in relation to team capacity.

• Partner with Product & Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting.

• Extensive, hands-on expertise in US accounting.

• Skilled in QuickBooks and Xero software.

• Experience in real accounting consulting or advisory roles.

• A background in Client Accounting Services (CAS) is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling a team.

• Ability to confidently manage client relationships.
