This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive Revenue & Expansion: Take ownership of the entire account management function within the organization, covering all business divisions and market segments.
• Personally manage and supervise a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, identifying and executing up-sell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to surpass growth objectives.
• Lead the complete contract renewal process, collaborating across departments with Sales, Legal, and Finance to optimize MSA/SOW revisions and addendums.
• Proactively facilitate a thorough account planning process that defines mutual performance goals, financial forecasts, and essential success metrics (KPIs) to illustrate clear ROI.
• Conduct impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and program assessments to demonstrate value delivered, share business insights, and strategically align on future growth strategies.
• Recruit, mentor, and oversee a high-performing team of account management professionals, nurturing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous enhancement.
• Establish clear performance expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback, and develop training programs to enhance strategic account management and value communication skills.
• Build and sustain strong, productive relationships with executive-level client stakeholders across assigned sectors.
• Serve as a dedicated client advocate internally, translating customer insights, sentiments, and feedback into actionable operational and service delivery improvements.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree and clinical background is preferred.
• At least 10+ years of progressive experience in account management, customer success, or business development within the healthcare sector, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-level clients.
• A minimum of 2+ years of direct experience managing, mentoring, or leading account management or customer success team members.
• A proven history of working in organizations that offer digital health products to employers, particularly in the lab or health systems sectors.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with technology-driven healthcare or SaaS solutions.
