This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take responsibility for overseeing and guiding the team, including updates on performance and activities for stakeholders.
β’ Ensure the establishment of multi-tiered, strategic relationships with clients.
β’ Assist in the formulation of budgets for clients and the department.
β’ Lead the Account Management team in crafting strategic business plans for clients to meet both their objectives and those of BCD Travel.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance client servicing relationships through regional or global expansion.
β’ Promptly negotiate all client contract terms in accordance with company approval processes and commercial policies.
β’ Previous management experience in the business travel sector.
β’ Proven track record as an account manager within a corporate setting.
β’ Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
β’ Proficient in business software applications.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
