Direct Support Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Foster significant and positive relationships with each individual being supported.

• Provide daily transportation and facilitate activity choices for individuals.

• Engage in enjoyable activities such as dart tournaments, dances, library outings, talent shows, and monthly birthday celebrations.

• Support individuals in reaching their goals and enhancing their independence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Should have a safe and dependable vehicle.

• Must be willing to transport individuals using a personal vehicle.

• Required to hold valid vehicle insurance and registration.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.

• Capable of lifting and transferring weights between 50-75 lbs.

• Demonstrated passion and commitment to caring for and advocating for adults with disabilities.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
