This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Engage with residential customers by advocating for GFiber’s internet services.
• Develop a pipeline of leads through door-to-door engagement and perform follow-ups via in-person interactions, phone calls, and/or emails.
• Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with pertinent customer details, conversion progress, and notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to guarantee a smooth customer journey.
• Articulate the value proposition of GFiber to potential customers.
• Showcase expertise in GFiber’s network and technical installations.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Capability to engage in physical activities for prolonged periods, including frequent bending, kneeling, and stair climbing.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation during work hours.
• Must pass a motor vehicle check that aligns with company standards.
• Background in sales, account management, or customer service is essential.
• Experience within the ISP or telecommunications sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with SalesForce or other leading lead management software is advantageous.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, ability to handle ambiguity, and effective communication skills are critical.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
