This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
β’ Answer incoming calls in our call center while effectively promoting Farmers insurance products to potential customers.
β’ Consult with clients to identify their needs and recommend products that best suit those needs.
β’ Make outbound calls to maximize sales opportunities.
β’ Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong relationships, educating customers on coverage options and costs, enabling them to make informed selections.
β’ Assess customers for potential cross-selling and upselling opportunities for additional products and services.
β’ Skillfully navigate various computer systems while engaging with customers seamlessly.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in a sales-focused role.
β’ Active Property & Casualty License required.
β’ Must reside in the Central Time Zone.
β’ Proven track record of achieving quotas, metrics, and objectives.
β’ Strong motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
β’ Commitment to a long-term career in the insurance sector.
β’ Demonstrated ability to take initiative, resolve issues, and manage priorities effectively.
β’ Direct sales expertise and the capability to persuade customers and finalize sales.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of adjusting communication styles for different callers and simplifying complex policy and coverage details.
β’ Must qualify for obtaining a resident/non-resident property and casualty license in all necessary states.
