This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries through phone and email.
• Develop personalized, high-quality travel itineraries customized for each client.
• Transform inquiries into bookings while meeting monthly sales objectives.
• Actively follow up on quotes to maximize conversion rates.
• Suggest enhancements that elevate the overall holiday experience.
• Keep precise and comprehensive booking records.
• Adhere to company sales procedures and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions.
• Prior experience in UK travel sales via telephone directly to customers (essential).
• Previous experience working from home (essential).
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
• Experience in crafting tailor-made itineraries.
• Strong knowledge of travel within the USA, including cruising and villas.
• Understanding of scheduled airlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in leading customer discussions and making decisions.
• Proficient IT and keyboard skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Fully remote position, with all necessary equipment provided.
