β’ Prior experience in UK travel sales via telephone directly to customers (essential).
β’ Previous experience working from home (essential).
β’ Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
β’ Experience in crafting tailor-made itineraries.
β’ Strong knowledge of travel within the USA, including cruising and villas.
β’ Understanding of scheduled airlines.
β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Confidence in leading customer discussions and making decisions.
β’ Proficient IT and keyboard skills.
β’ Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
β’ High level of attention to detail.
β’ Fully remote position, with all necessary equipment provided.
