This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Spearhead the development and enhancement of high-impact video creatives for top ecommerce brands.
• Collaborate closely with creative strategists, media buyers, designers, and content creators to transform concepts into reality.
• Recognize successful creative trends and consistently enhance performance through rigorous testing and refinement.
• Partner with a skilled production team to strategize, conceptualize, produce, and refine outstanding creative content.
• Oversee the editing and refinement of performance-centric video creatives across various ecommerce brands.
• Produce high-quality video content that reflects each brand's voice, positioning, and business goals.
• Focus on social media advertising content, including User-Generated Content (UGC), motion graphics, and high-production creative assets.
• Enhance content for TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and new platforms to optimize engagement, conversions, and performance.
• Utilize advanced editing techniques, including storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, captions, hooks, and color grading.
• Collaborate with strategists, content creators, designers, and media buyers to convert creative concepts into effective assets.
• Actively seek out emerging content trends, editing techniques, and creative opportunities to boost campaign outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while upholding exceptional quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Provide creative ideas and suggestions that enhance overall campaign performance.
• Take full responsibility for both successes and setbacks.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a vision for the bigger picture.
• Be proactive, solution-focused, and adaptable.

• Have 4+ years of experience in producing performance-driven video creatives, preferably in ecommerce, DTC, or agency settings.
• Exhibit expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with additional creative tools is advantageous.
• Possess a deep understanding of TikTok, Meta advertising, and best practices for short-form video.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to create creatives aimed at driving engagement, conversions, and revenue.
• Hold advanced knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, captions, storytelling, and color grading.
• Understand performance marketing principles and creative testing methodologies well.
• Be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.
