Direct Hire Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from the initial intake meeting to offer acceptance and follow-up after placement.

• Conduct thorough client intake sessions to grasp technical needs, workplace culture, compensation, and hiring priorities.

• Create customized recruiting strategies for each search assignment.

• Identify both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels.

• Assess, interview, and evaluate candidates for their technical abilities, experience, and fit within the company culture.

• Provide qualified candidates with comprehensive interview summaries and recommendations.

• Organize interviews and ensure ongoing communication with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey.

• Facilitate negotiations on offers and successfully secure candidates.

• Conduct regular follow-ups post-placement to guarantee effective onboarding and long-term retention.

• Conduct local onsite client visits as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience (preferably in staffing agencies or corporate settings).

• Background in recruiting for professional, skilled trades, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, administrative, or industrial roles.

• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate evaluation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple searches concurrently.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in ATS/CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
