Direct Care Provider

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver direct assistance to individuals in home, community, and program environments

• Aid with daily living tasks such as routines, social interaction, and the development of life skills

• Foster independence, self-esteem, and constructive behaviors

• Promote engagement in community events and organized activities

• Adhere to personalized support plans and ensure precise documentation

• Effectively communicate with supervisors, team members, and families

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere at all times

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Capability to pass background checks and necessary screenings

• Excellent communication abilities along with a compassionate and patient attitude

• Experience with individuals with disabilities is preferred, although not mandatory (training will be provided)
