This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete process of device and account provisioning for new employees, which includes hardware procurement, MDM enrollment through Deel IT, and core software account setup.
• Take responsibility for daily IT support, addressing hardware, non-clinical software, and connectivity issues; manage ticket triage and resolution, escalating to vendors as necessary.
• Administer user access provisioning and deprovisioning across platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, HRIS, and other organizational tools.
• Maintain a catalog of hardware, software licenses, and SaaS subscriptions; identify tools that are redundant or underutilized.
• Collaborate with the CTO’s team on IT governance, establishing security baselines, conducting access reviews, ensuring device compliance, and managing vendor relationships.
• Develop and enhance onboarding and offboarding IT checklists tailored for remote employees.
• Create, build, and implement AI-driven agentic workflows, automations, and integrations for non-clinical teams.
• Identify repetitive workflows that can benefit from AI-assisted automation across Operations, G&A, and Sales & Marketing departments.
• Construct and deploy automations using tools such as Claude, Make.com, Zapier, Lovable, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with process owners to map out manual workflows and provide comprehensive documentation for maintainability.
• Work alongside the CTO on decisions regarding tools, governance, and the scope of clinical AI/product initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the impact of automation, including hours saved, reduction in errors/rework, and processed volume, to showcase ROI and prioritize future projects.
• Proven technical expertise in IT support, workplace technology, or digital operations, gained through a professional role, independent project, or a combination of both.
• Proficient understanding of IT fundamentals, including device management (MDM), access/identity management, and SaaS administration.
• Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for agentic AI workflows and tools, including Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, and automation platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying AI-powered automations or agentic workflows that address real business challenges and are utilized by others.
• Strong self-motivated individual capable of transitioning between hands-on implementation and planning for medium-term AI automation roadmaps.
• Excellent instinct for process mapping and the ability to transform complex manual workflows into effective automations.
• Outstanding written communication skills and the ability to create clear, concise documentation for non-technical audiences.
• Documentation-first approach.
• Comfortable taking sole ownership of a function.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with People/HR and Technology/Engineering stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Preferred: Experience in scaling digital workplace technology functions during periods of rapid growth.
• Preferred: Previous experience as a first or solo hire in building a function from the ground up.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Deel IT, Google Workspace administration, or comparable MDM/identity solutions.
