This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete device and account provisioning process for new employees, which includes ordering hardware, enrolling in MDM through Deel IT, and creating core software accounts.
• Offer daily IT assistance, address hardware, non-clinical software, and connectivity challenges, manage ticket triage and resolution, and escalate issues to external vendors as necessary.
• Handle user access provisioning and deprovisioning across platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, HRIS, and other company tools.
• Keep track of company hardware inventory, software licenses, and SaaS subscriptions while identifying redundant or underutilized tools.
• Collaborate with the CTO’s team on IT governance, security standards, access reviews, device compliance, and vendor oversight.
• Develop and enhance onboarding and offboarding IT checklists for remote employees.
• Create, implement, and deploy AI-driven solutions, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations for non-clinical teams.
• Identify repetitive, high-value workflows within Operations, G&A, and Sales & Marketing for AI-assisted automation.
• Build and implement automations using tools such as Claude, Make.com, Zapier, Lovable, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with process owners to map out workflows and provide concise maintenance documentation.
• Work alongside the CTO on tooling choices, governance, and integration with the clinical AI/product roadmap.
• Monitor and report the impact of automation, including hours saved, reduction of errors/rework, volume processed, ROI, and prioritization.
• Proven technical expertise in IT support, workplace technology, or digital operations, acquired through a formal role, self-initiated project, or both.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in a remote-first or distributed organization.
• Familiarity with IT fundamentals, such as device management (MDM), access/identity management, and SaaS administration.
• Strong expertise and interest in agentic AI workflows and tools, including Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, and automation platforms.
• Demonstrated ability in building and deploying AI-powered automations or agentic workflows that address real business challenges.
• A proactive self-starter with the capability to balance hands-on implementation with medium-term strategic planning.
• Strong instinct for process mapping and the ability to transform chaotic manual workflows into effective automations.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise documentation for non-technical audiences.
• A documentation-first approach.
• Comfortable taking full ownership of a function.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with People/HR and Technology/Engineering stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is advantageous.
• Nice-to-have: experience in scaling digital workplace technology functions during periods of rapid growth.
• Nice-to-have: previous experience as a first or solo hire establishing a function from the ground up.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with Deel IT, Google Workspace administration, or comparable MDM/identity systems.
