This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Assess and evaluate user-generated content across social media platforms to ensure adherence to community standards and policies.

• Detect and address violations concerning hate speech, harassment, misinformation, and other detrimental content categories.

• Investigate and resolve user reports and escalations with high accuracy and efficiency.

• Deliver clear, concise, and objective evaluations of content and user conduct.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends and suggest enhancements to trust and safety policies.

• Assist in the development and improvement of content moderation tools and processes.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the evolving online threats and the social media environment.

• Ensure consistent enforcement of policies to promote a safe and positive user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (both spoken and written) is a requirement for this position.

• A valid EU passport is essential.

• Demonstrated interest and understanding of social media platforms and online communities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a sharp attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

• Comfort in reviewing sensitive and potentially offensive content.

• Previous experience in content moderation or trust and safety is a plus.
