This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the identification, evaluation, onboarding, and continuous management of strategic digital and technology partners that align with ProcureAbility’s growth strategy and client transformation objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for evaluating new digital solution providers, platforms, and emerging technologies within procurement and related business domains.
• Collaborate effectively with advisory, delivery, analytics, industry, and COE teams to comprehend business needs, capability gaps, and key digital use cases.
• Convert business and consulting requirements into well-defined digital and technology solution opportunities.
• Design and manage a systematic partner evaluation and selection framework that encompasses functional fit, technical architecture, scalability, integration feasibility, commercial models, and risk assessment.
• Establish and maintain a digital partner ecosystem that includes solution mapping, capability positioning, governance models, and engagement processes.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term strategic relationships with selected technology and digital partners to facilitate joint innovation and go-to-market strategies.
• Coordinate joint solution development, pilot programs, proofs of value, and accelerators in collaboration with partners and internal product, analytics, and engineering teams.
• Assist in the enablement of advisory and delivery teams through digital solution positioning, use-case development, training inputs, and adoption planning.
• Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure partner capabilities align with ProcureAbility’s internal platforms, tools, and digital roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to utilize digital technologies, automation, analytics, and AI to enhance advisory services and client outcomes.
• Support business development and sales initiatives, including digital solution positioning, partner-led value propositions, client presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of ProcureAbility’s overall Digital and Technology strategy, incorporating market scanning, competitive intelligence, and capability investments.
• Provide thought leadership on digital transformation trends within procurement and supply chain to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation, technology strategy, or digital solution enablement in a consulting, advisory, or professional services context.
• Demonstrated expertise in identifying, evaluating, and managing technology and digital solution partners.
• Strong comprehension of procurement, supply chain, and enterprise operations along with their supporting digital ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of digital and emerging technologies, including automation, analytics platforms, AI-enabled solutions, workflow and orchestration tools, and procurement technology platforms.
• Ability to evaluate solution functionality, technical architecture, data and integration requirements, and operational scalability.
• Strong capability to convert business and consulting requirements into structured digital and technology use cases.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including consulting, delivery, analytics, product management, and engineering.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities, particularly with senior leadership and external technology partners.
• Strong commercial insight with experience in supporting partner negotiations and joint propositions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the capacity to articulate digital value propositions to both business and technical audiences.
• Robust project and program management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and partner engagements simultaneously.
• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and collaborative environment.
• Experience in supporting sales cycles, RFPs, client workshops, and solution shaping activities.
• Knowledge of the procurement technology landscape (S2P, spend analytics, contract management, supplier risk, intake and orchestration, and AI-enabled tools) is highly desirable.
