Digital Transformation Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create and implement the organization's digital transformation strategy and roadmap.

• Spearhead large-scale technology, process, and organizational transformation projects.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to discover opportunities for digital innovation and enhancements in operations.

• Assess current systems, processes, and technologies while advising on modernization opportunities.

• Guide the adoption and implementation of new digital platforms, applications, and technologies.

• Manage cross-functional transformation teams, oversee budgets, timelines, and project priorities.

• Define KPIs and performance metrics to monitor transformation progress and business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in managing complex, enterprise-wide transformation projects.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, data and analytics, automation, AI, cybersecurity, and contemporary enterprise platforms.
