📋 Description

• Serve as the primary internal advocate for AI integration throughout the organization.

• Connect executive leadership, operational teams, and external consultants to achieve tangible technology results.

• Create and sustain the organization’s roadmap for AI and automation initiatives.

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for enhancing productivity, efficiency, and process improvements.

• Collaborate with external technology consultants and vendors.

• Evaluate consultant recommendations for their practicality and business relevance.

• Lead project execution, ensure accountability, and facilitate knowledge transfer.

• Convert technological capabilities into standardized business processes.

• Redesign ineffective workflows in collaboration with department leaders.

• Establish standards, governance, and frameworks for adoption.

• Advocate for Microsoft Copilot and the capabilities of Microsoft 365.

• Promote adoption across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

• Set Microsoft best-practice standards and guidelines for usage.

• Direct internal training and development of capabilities.

• Formulate departmental adoption strategies and assess engagement, usage, and business results.

• Develop policies and standards for responsible AI and automation.

• Uphold security, compliance, and data management practices.

• Collaborate with IT and leadership teams on risk management and governance needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in digital transformation, business systems, technology consulting, or enterprise software implementation.

• Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Proven experience in leading organizational change and technology adoption initiatives.

• Capacity to effectively communicate with executives, consultants, and operational teams.

• Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of business processes.

• Demonstrated capability in project management and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience in delivering quantifiable business enhancements through technology.
