This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop email campaigns and design related signup forms and donation pages.

• Ensure accurate targeting and segmentation for all email communications.

• Analyze test results and choose the highest-performing segments for broader distribution.

• Provide suggestions for testing and enhancing email and SMS initiatives.

• Oversee SMS production, including testing and segmentation for larger audiences.

• Execute the QA process for SMS and emails prior to dispatch.

• Occasionally create content for email, SMS, and social media platforms.

• Generate email, SMS, and fundraising reports for clients.

• Assist in managing onboarding, reactivation, and deliverability for client programs.

• Participate in client-facing calls and strategic meetings.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

• Perform other related tasks as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of one cycle of experience within a digital team on a political campaign, at a political organization, or with a political consultancy.

• Proficiency in CRMs such as ActionKit, NGP, or Action Network, and familiarity with ActBlue.

• Understanding of A/B testing and evaluating outcomes.

• Knowledge of broadcast, peer-to-peer, or texting tools is advantageous but not mandatory.

• High proficiency in HTML is essential; experience with CSS is a plus.

• Skills in Excel and Photoshop are beneficial but not required.

• A strong desire to learn the intricacies of managing a comprehensive digital engagement program and a willingness to explore innovative strategies.
