This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead the initiation and expansion of digital services within your designated territory.
• Enhance the existing product offerings for current Doka clients by identifying and leveraging opportunities for the integration of digital solutions.
• Oversee and facilitate pricing negotiations to secure profitable and sustainable business agreements.
• Establish, strategize, and implement your sales objectives in alignment with divisional strategic goals.
• Offer expert consultation and embody the Doka “Digital Services” philosophy to foster long-term relationships with customers.
• Play an instrumental role in promoting awareness among construction firms about Doka’s leadership in digital construction advancements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction sector, with a keen interest in digital and IT solutions.
• A higher education degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Demonstrated achievements in lead generation and new business development, with a passion for digital innovation and Lean Construction principles.
• Willingness and capacity to travel throughout the Northern U.S.
• Self-driven and capable of performing effectively in a remote work setting.
