Digital Solutions Manager – NetSuite, Inventory & Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct Connor Group systems and NetSuite-related initiatives.

• Ensure projects meet the intended scope, timelines, and quality standards.

• Manage NetSuite projects through all stages of development.

• Exhibit functional expertise in NetSuite and assess the effectiveness of business operations.

• Lead process enhancement initiatives with clients.

• Deliver on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to project team members.

• Engage in business development activities with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in ERP and system implementations.

• NetSuite Administrator certification or equivalent experience is preferred.

• At least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.

• Deep understanding of the NetSuite cloud platform.

• Strong grasp of financial processes including Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.

• Exceptional project management skills and experience.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities, including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building.

• Self-driven with a desire to learn and take responsibility.
