Digital Solutions Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert and reliable advisor for digital solutions.

• Conduct Intuitive Hub in-services, workflow assessments, customization, and optimization.

• Educate and assist customers with My Intuitive+, including the onboarding process.

• Monitor and enhance the utilization of digital products.

• Expand the user base by collaborating with hospital personnel and industry thought leaders.

• Test and troubleshoot installed systems, escalating issues to technical support as needed.

• Facilitate training sessions for clinical teams on system operations.

• Onboard, coach, and mentor team members effectively.

• Engage in training and the launch of new products and procedures.

• Contribute to departmental and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

• Build and foster relationships with sales, clinical, digital support, marketing, and field service teams.

• Support complex customer events that involve multiple departments and solutions.

• Provide guidance on the use of the Intuitive Hub System.

• Offer client-experience feedback to support and product development teams.

• Identify opportunities for digital solution expansions and upgrades within the current customer base.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Preferred background in engineering, life sciences, or medicine.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in procedural/OR healthcare software is required.

• At least 2 years of experience with clinical project integrations.

• Prior familiarity with EMR/PACS solutions is advantageous.

• Experience in training clinical and OR staff is essential.

• Understanding of the procedural/operating room environment is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven expertise in delivering consulting services to customers.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.

• Ability to identify and understand customer needs while promoting solution adoption.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Willingness and ability to travel over 75% of the time.
