Digital Solutions Architecture Leader, Senior Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Lead the team in researching, developing, documenting, and modernizing enterprise technology standards within dynamic system environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Cybersecurity and Integration, to design secure, scalable solutions, while providing leadership and support for compliance initiatives and operational readiness.

• Direct architectural choices that update platforms, minimize technical debt, and improve system resilience.

• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and key technology vendors to facilitate solution delivery and foster innovation.

• Oversee and nurture a high-performing team of network architects, offering strategic guidance, mentorship, and performance management to promote architectural excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a University Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience.

• Proven experience leading teams in technology settings, whether in IT/DT, Engineering, or other STEM disciplines.

• In-depth experience with infrastructure technologies including server operating systems, server hardware, storage solutions, networks, virtualization, encryption, security, archival systems, and clients.

• Familiarity with Government security controls such as NISPOM, JAFAN, ICD 503, RMF, JSIG, etc.

• A valid and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is necessary before the start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
