This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Interact with secure messages submitted by members via an online portal in a professional and courteous manner.
• Evaluate and process all Risk Fraud Analytics Suspects (RFA).
• Respond to all incoming calls from the contact center, branches, and other departments concerning eService issues.
• Assess checks submitted through ATM and mobile deposits to ascertain check negotiability.
• Support business members with the setup and processes of cash management, including ACH and wire transfers.
• Maintain the bill pay database for all memberships.
• Assist in generating monthly reports and analytics.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is mandatory.
• At least one year of experience in a financial institution is required.
• A minimum of one year of direct customer service or eService experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to effectively and frequently communicate verbally and in writing to members and employees across various platforms.
• Capability to manage sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
