This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer contract administration assistance throughout the entire contract lifecycle, including contract award, modification processing, maintenance, and closeout activities.
• Review and facilitate the processing of contracts, modifications, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and other related documents.
• Assess contract terms and conditions to pinpoint contractual obligations, risks, compliance requirements, and business impacts.
• Process contract actions and uphold contract records in compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant government regulations.
• Create and manage contract records, files, and supporting documentation within company repositories and contract management systems.
• Execute project setup and update contract modifications using Deltek Costpoint and other internal systems.
• Track contract funding, performance periods, option periods, deliverables, reporting requirements, and other significant contractual milestones.
• Assist with contract closeout processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely fulfillment of closeout requirements.
• Aid internal and external audits by supplying contract documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
• Engage in kickoff meetings, customer meetings, and internal coordination meetings as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee that contractual actions are effectively communicated and processed.
• Draft internal contract summaries, routing documents, notifications, and other communications related to contractual actions.
• Review solicitations, contracts, and modifications while conveying key requirements, obligations, and impacts to internal stakeholders.
• Identify, monitor, mitigate, and resolve contractual risks and issues promptly.
• Stay updated on government contracting regulations, industry best practices, and changes in applicable laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of contract administration processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure contract deliverables, notifications, and reporting requirements are monitored and completed per contractual obligations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Acquisition Management, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• At least 4-6 years of contract administration experience supporting federal government contracts.
• Proficient in reviewing and processing contractual documents and modifications in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); familiarity with the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) is preferred.
• Experienced in reviewing and processing contract modifications, option exercises, funding actions, and other contractual adjustments.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems.
• Strong grasp of contract lifecycle management and contract file administration.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple contracts and competing priorities concurrently.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of working independently while exercising sound business judgment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting government contractor compliance requirements is preferred.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
