This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Ensure compliance with all ASHA Continuing Education Board requirements and procedures.
• Act as the main liaison between Lingraphica and ASHA.
• Engage directly with external speech-language pathologists.
• Review and verify course rosters.
• Address inquiries and audits from ASHA and other CE governing entities promptly.
• Produce and report on course completions and promotional materials.
• Keep a well-organized system for necessary file maintenance.
• Provide support for the LMS platform, including troubleshooting and maintaining monthly self-study offerings.
• Associate’s Degree and/or a relevant combination of education and professional experience.
• 3-5 years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Zoom, Slack, Basecamp, Adobe, LMS systems, and CRM systems.
• Willingness and capability to take and successfully pass the required exam for the CE governing body.
• Readiness to travel within the U.S. (including air travel) up to 2 times annually.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong proofreading skills and accurate reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Capacity to learn and comply with all ASHA CE requirements and procedures.
• Professional demeanor along with outstanding customer service skills.
